Our land is the foundation of our primary industries, but this country's serious growth will come from people - those who are guardians of the land, produce food from it and innovate every conceivable connection to it. These are the people Primary ITO is here to grow. We are an industry training organisation leading the training of more than 28,000 people, across 30 primary industries. We develop and maintain the national standards for more than 250 qualifications across the agriculture, horticulture, food processing, seafood, equine and sports turf industries. We support our trainees with pastoral care ensuring that we are inclusive - dyslexia support, English language support and literacy and numeracy support. We are a dyslexia-friendly organisation with an award from Diversity Works and pride ourselves on our expert team of employees. Our Training Advisers are on the ground, our Sector Managers are supporting business relationships and our Learning Products and Quality teams provide the qualifications and resources industry require.
