A volunteer is required to take responsibility for various aspects of the truck service and to provide excellent customer service. You would assist in the loading and unloading of the truck: keep the truck driver aware of schedule: provide half-hour notification calls to donors: sign off on pick-ups and deliveries that have been completed.
