LJ and Friends is a community bike workshop that works to upskill youth in bike mechanics. Our aim is to increase employment opportunities for at risk youth, create strong friendships and to have fun. We aim to be environmentally sustainable by fixing up donated bikes and recycling them back into the community as well as to employ the unemployed. We also have a new adventure therapy programme that runs throughout the year to bring a therapy approach alongside mountain biking, kayaking, caving, rock climbing and other outdoor activities.
