Physical Education New Zealand (PENZ) - Te Ao Kori Aotearoa is the national, professional organisation for physical educators in New Zealand. We are a voice for the physical education community, and a credible network of knowledge and information about quality physical education. Together as staff, members, volunteers, and physical educators, we are working towards an Aotearoa where quality physical education is understood, valued and experienced. PENZ is governed by a volunteer board. There is a full time Chief Executive who is appointed by the board. PENZ employs a part-time physical education subject advisor and a part time adminstration officer. Other contractors and volunteers are recruited for specific roles and projects as required.
