YPNZ is a youth-led non-profit vehicle established to enable the next generation of Kiwi changemakers, and show them the benefits of using their skills to help their community. We currently have three programs in 3 different locations affecting 100+ students. Our flagship and the fastest-growing program is Generation Give. Generation Give provides high school students with the opportunity to simulate a non-profit board over a 20 week period while learning essential skills involved in the philanthropic process. At the end of the program, the students apply their skills to give away $10,000 to charities of their choice. This gives the students an unmatched impact in their community while developing their personal skill set along the way. We are always expanding and looking for people passionate about their community and young people to join us!
