Mercy Hospice provides palliative care and support to people in the Central Auckland catchment area who are affected with a life-limiting illness. We support at least 350 patients in the community at any one time and we have a 13 bed Inpatient Unit in Ponsonby. We need volunteers to help in one of our eight retail shops, to drive patients to appointments, fundraising events, companionship and as one of the tea/drinks trolley volunteers.
