The Website/Social Media Support person will be responsible for maintaining and updating the organisation's website and social media accounts. This may include tasks such as creating and publishing content, responding to comments and messages, monitoring website traffic and social media metrics, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, the Website/Social Media Support person may also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for promoting the organisation's online presence, such as through search engine optimisation (SEO) and social media advertising. They may also work closely with the organisation's executive committee to ensure that the website and social media accounts are aligned with the organisation's mission and goals. They may also be responsible for providing training and support to other volunteers in the organisation who are involved in website and social media tasks.
