The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation's executive committee and volunteers. This may include tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating records, and providing general office management. The following can also be taken on if wanted but is not a requirement.

They may also be involved with maintaining and updating the organization's website and social media accounts, and creating and publishing content. Additionally, they may also be responsible for managing the organization's finances, such as by reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and monitoring the organization's budget.

They may also be responsible for coordinating with committee members and volunteers to ensure that the organisation runs smoothly and that important deadlines are met. Additionally, they may also be responsible for providing training and support to other volunteers in the organisation who are involved in administrative tasks.
