Unlocking the hub, putting out the book trolley and seat, welcoming people in to the Hub, making hot drinks for visitors, take queries, answering the phone, replying to any queries if possible, handing out information, keeping the space clean and tidy, updating the noticeboard/window. You are more than welcome to bring your own laptop, and do your own work while you are there and if there is time or bring your child, hobby, book or other time filler. It is all about having the doors open and presenting a warm welcoming safe space
