As a Marketing Coordinator your responsibilities include creating compelling social media content and coordinating marketing activities to increase our charity’s brand awareness and grow our audience.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone who has experience in social media marketing, is highly motivated, with excellent communication and writing skills, and who is ready to find value in the work they do!

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Excellent organizational and writing skills.
• Previous experience in a social media marketing role or similar.
• Great organizational skills to coordinate marketing activities and - opportunities that arise throughout the year.
• Experience in creating and managing Google Ads Campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Google Workspace experience, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.
• Slack experience or willingness to learn.

Our expectations are that you will:

• Plan and execute social media marketing activities as is required by the organisation
• Understand and commit to The Red Bow vision and purpose.
• Take the time to understand the marketing and brand needs of the organisation.
• Be able to commit at least 6 hours a month to the performance of the role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• An organised and efficient working style.
