The role involves recording minutes of the meeting, typing them up and distributing to the board. It should only take a few hours each month. The board meets monthly. Currently the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm. These meeting are virtual however a few times a year we meet in person at the office (those meetings usually start at 6pm).
