Assisting volunteers participate in client interviews. They are responsible for: High quality note taking. Client notes are quality assessed so it is important that notes are clear and accurate. Under the supervision of lawyers, they look up relevant statutes, gather resources and do any research that is required. Under the supervision of lawyers, they may draft letters and make to do lists for clients Completing all administration tasks associated with client files. This may include photocopying, scanning and double checking all forms are complete.
