The Wellington Branch of Forest & Bird needs a nature lover to provide administration support to the committee. Our committee is a team of hard-working conservationists that needs an extra pair of hands to help with the scheduling and recording of two monthly meetings. The role is well-defined and ideal for job sharing if you are interested. Support will be provided to help anyone transition into this role. If you want to do your bit to help nature, please get in touch and tell us a little about yourself. The role will include scheduling the two monthly meetings, preparing agendas, attending the meetings (one of which is online via zoom), uploading meeting papers/reports, taking notes and minuting the main committee meeting. Basic computer skills are required using Microsoft Office.
