We are looking for a special person who loves organising events, liaising with everyone involved, has some technical flair and stays calm under pressure!

You will be involved in pre-event tasks like RSVP management, helping with the run sheet and setting the PowerPoint, liasing with caterers and venue etc.

On the night you will be ensuring that everything goes to plan from venue setup, VIP parking, managing the AV setup and supporting the MCs. Bring your creativity and ideas to help make this a great event celebrating volunteering at the Mahi Aroha Awards held on 20th June!
