Communications & Marketing Team Lead

Yes for Success are looking for an experienced communications and marketing team lead to inspire, upskill and guide our marketing team volunteers. You'll have a good understanding of marketing strategies, be familiar with social media platforms and be comfortable showing our team how to create inspiring content to increase engagement and the uptake of our services. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing or comms person who wants to help people be the best they can be. You'll be part of our friendly team based at our Wellington Hub at 90 The Terrace, Wellington CBD and will also lead our smaller Hutt based team.

Tasks: You'll be leading our volunteer marketing team as they develop their skills in a real work environment. This includes: Developing marketing strategies with the team. Providing training and guidance. Approving posts and ensuring creative materials are of a good standard. Oversight of our marketing campaigns, social media and promotional material.
