Time required

We are a welcoming and supportive group of local volunteers who are passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in our community. We are looking for people with strong listening and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to support others. A friendly and enjoyable team environment Opportunities to learn and develop new skills We ask for a commitment of one 3.5-hour shift per week and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and learning.

Reimbursement

Free Biscuits and a good cup of tea and coffee.

Requirements

NZ Police Vetting

Commitment to a 3.5hr shift once a week once accepted and fully trained. Also once trained happy to fill in when someone is off sick or on holiday. Happy to work in a Portacom while the new Te Hono in Avondale is being built.
